MY DAUGHTER PHONED THEM TO REPORT SHERE THINKS THE BEARINGS WERE GOING ON WASHING MACHINE SHE WAS RENTING FROM THEM.THEY TOLD HER NOT THEIR PROBLEM.SHE REFUSED TO PAY THE RENTAL HAS SHE COULDNT USE THE MACHINE.
